Stephen has said a few words about his forthcoming adaptation and directorial debut with WHITE. It's over at Fangoria, and you can check it out here.
I've got a calender up in work, and I'm marking each day as it passes with a great big red X. 30th November is my last day, and after that I'm a full-time writer. I think I'm pissing off some of the people in work ... but only in a friendly way. Because I know that I'm very, very lucky, I'll be making a living doing what I love, and I'm going to be working very, very hard.
Consequently, there will hopefully be several exciting announcements made here over the next few months. Keep watching this space.
Meanwhile, another red X passes me by.
News about WHITE is all over the net, which is very exciting. I've had hundreds of emails about it, but I don't know any more than what was mentioned in the Variety announcement ... as and when I do hear more details I'll let you all know. It's going to be an exciting time, and I'll keep it all covered here on this blog (which, I promise, is going to get busier).
Sickie of the day: I hear that OJ Simpson is writing a 'theoretical' book about the murders he was acquitted of 11 years ago. Apparantly it's a very detailed theoretical account. And he's getting paid a huge wad of cash to write it. Hmm.
Look out for more big news here soon, including the novelisation of a major movie! Can't announce it yet just ... but it's sweet.

Some bloody exciting news right now ... it looks like WHITE is heading for the big screen. And I don't mean that 28 inch plasma you bought off Dodgy Dave down the pub ... I mean the BIG SCREEN. The silver one. The flicks.
Stephen Susco, writer of The Grudge, Grudge 2, and Jack Ketchum's Red, as well as many others, is going to write and direct the Big Screen version of my novella. I'm utterly thrilled.

Working on the final edits of my new novel THE EVERLASTING. I'm really pleased with this one ... it's a bit different, involves all sorts of nasties, and I think it's going to be a scorcher.

I'm going full-time! Handed in my notice last week, so from the end of November I'll be writing full-time.
